We do not take responsibility of a misswritten adress, so please make sure to type it in correctly.
Depending on your shipping option you will have a warranty on your order.

If chosen the option with warranty, our shipping partner (Die Post) will cover your order financially.
Our shipping partner covers your orders only if the parcel gets lost, or destroyed.

Refunds can only be done by bank payments.
